Two powerhouses of the house music world, Adam Ten and Bontan, have joined forces for their latest single, “Hey,” a tribal-inspired track that combines dynamic percussion with modern house production. Released through Insomniac Records, the track showcases their ability to craft vibrant, danceable soundscapes.
“Hey” stands out with its intricate use of djembe and shaker rhythms, complemented by buzzing synth saw waves and whirring textures. Adding a retro twist, the track incorporates a hip-hop hook sung in a West African dialect, creating a sound that is both innovative and deeply rooted in global influences.
Adam Ten, a Tel Aviv native, has built a reputation for his eclectic and psychedelic approach to underground house music. Named Pete Tong’s ‘One To Watch’ in 2024, Adam has performed at iconic venues such as Pacha Ibiza, Skyline Los Angeles, and Circoloco Ibiza.
Liverpool-based Bontan, a cornerstone of the UK house scene, continues to impress with his consistency and creativity. Recognized as Radio 1’s ‘Future Star,’ his upcoming schedule includes major performances at Zamna Tulum, The Warehouse Project Manchester, and an Essential Mix debut airing November 30th.
