Prince Royce brings his artistry full circle with the announcement of ETERNO, his eighth studio album, out May 16. The 13-track release reimagines beloved pop classics with the flavor and rhythm of bachata, offering a modern yet nostalgic musical journey.
The album’s first single, “How Deep Is Your Love,” is now available, offering a taste of the creative direction behind ETERNO. Drawing inspiration from his hit “Stand By Me,” Royce blends bilingual storytelling with updated arrangements to honor timeless melodies.
“I’ve always loved the classics — the songs that never go out of style and bring back powerful memories,” says Royce. “With ETERNO I wanted to honor those timeless tracks and give them new life in the rhythm of bachata, a genre that’s part of my soul.”
Earlier this year, Royce previewed the album during a special medley at Premio Lo Nuestro, performing “My Girl,” “How Deep Is Your Love,” and “Dancing in the Moonlight.” These covers of The Temptations, Bee Gees, and King Harvest were reimagined with Royce’s signature style.
