India Shawn’s “Kill Switch” explores heartbreak and power through bold sound and surreal visuals.

India Shawn returns with “Kill Switch,” a genre-defying new single and video that dives deep into themes of love, boundaries, and self-awareness. Released via VANTA Music/Disney Music Group, the track is a rich collaboration between India and co-writers D’Mile, Livvy Bennett, Varren Wade, and Michael Benjamin Hunter.

“‘Kill Switch’ is an unexpected shift… I reclaim the power to decide my own fate,” India says. “It’s about walking the line between friends and lovers and deciding to keep things light before they turn toxic.”

Produced by D’Mile, Bennett, and Hunter, the track is a sonic journey full of layered emotion and crisp production. The haunting visual—directed by Anne-Sophie Bine—stars India and Luke James, weaving a dreamlike narrative of emotional collapse and personal awakening.

The release comes via VANTA Music, a label built by D’Mile, John Kercy, and Natalie Prospere to uplift genre-bending artists and amplify culture.

With “Kill Switch,” India Shawn turns vulnerability into power—and cements her status as one of the most compelling voices in modern soul.
