David Guetta & Cedric Gervais Return to Disco Roots in New Single ‘A Better World’

Guetta and Gervais share new track ‘A Better World’, blending nu-disco grooves with nostalgic French house sounds.
In a vibrant new collaboration, David Guetta and Cedric Gervais have released A Better World, a nu-disco-infused track designed to capture the spirit of summer with its soul-drenched sound and uplifting energy. Available now across streaming platforms, the single draws inspiration from Jackie Moore’s classic 70s work, layering replayed instruments and fresh vocals into a cohesive and joyous groove.
For Guetta and Gervais, this release serves as a tribute to the music that shaped their early careers. “I’m very proud of this record we did with David,” Gervais said. “It comes back to our musical roots—being French, I grew up with French house: DJ Falcon, Cassius, Daft Punk, and many more incredible artists. That’s what we wanted to do with this record: bring back that sound!”
A Better World follows a long-standing creative partnership between the two artists, including the chart-topping Would I Lie to You and their 2023 hit Switch. Gervais has remained a staple of the dance scene with tracks like Bad Girl, Feel Better, and a series of modern reworks. His touring schedule spans major events like EDC Orlando and top-tier clubs globally.
Guetta’s summer lineup is equally impressive, featuring Ibiza residencies and festival headliner slots across Europe, from Tomorrowland to Lollapalooza.
A Better World offers a dancefloor escape with its retro-modern charm—stream it now to join the celebration.
