With ‘tension’, Haiden Henderson turns personal stories into a relatable musical experience.

Haiden Henderson’s tension EP, now out via LAVA/Republic Records, pulls listeners into a deeply personal reflection on love, change, and emotional closure. The songs are bound by a shared thread: a romantic relationship that evolved and unraveled without resolution.

“A friendship-turned-romantic stitches all of these songs together,” Haiden shares. “Since the relationship ended without closure, the songs are my way of getting my side of the story out.”

Listeners familiar with “lovesucker,” “lips,” and “sweat” will recognize the emotional tone. The centerpiece “tension” pairs soft guitar and slinky bass with introspective lyrics, solidifying the track’s emotional depth.

Haiden’s early projects, including Good Grief, paved the way for this moment. With a devoted fan base and support from major media, he continues his ascent.

His first headline tour begins August 8 in North America, with a London show scheduled this September at The Garage.
