Sebastian Schub’s new single “Scared of Screaming” is out now via Island EMI / Capitol Records. Produced by Dann Hume, the track marks the first release from his forthcoming debut EP Sing Like Madonna, due June 6.
“I think Scared of Screaming is more dear to me than any song on this EP,” shares Schub. “The lyrics were slowly gathering on a note on my phone… two hours later the song was done.”
The Hamburg-born, London-based artist honed his craft as a busker, drawing in crowds with his voice and storytelling. Now backed by industry veterans and preparing for his biggest release yet, Sebastian is poised to become one of 2025’s most compelling new voices.
With headline shows in New York and LA, and a coveted opening slot for Noah Kahan at BST Hyde Park, Sebastian Schub’s debut era is only just beginning.
