Released via Mercury Nashville, the album features 18 deeply personal songs, each highlighting Michael and Tanya Trotter’s ability to connect with listeners through raw emotion and masterful storytelling.
The album’s lead single, “Love Like Whiskey,” co-written with Miranda Lambert, arrives with a visually stunning music video, adding to its impact. Other highlights include “Drink From Me,” featuring Billy Strings, and “Stealing a Kiss,” a touching ballad that showcases the duo’s harmonic brilliance.
Recorded at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, the album boasts production from Jonathan Singleton, John Shanks, and Jesse Frasure, blending classic soul influences with contemporary country sounds.
